Waipuia Place Development is a residential subdivision that will replace an existing house with two luxury homes.

Dimension Consultants provided planning, civil engineering and structural engineering services throughout the Resource Consent (RC), Engineering Plan Approval (EPA) and Building Consent (BC) stages. The development is currently under construction.
