Storey Ave is a 10-dwelling residential development in Hamilton, creating 10 individual fee simple titles through subdivision.

Dimension Consultants provided integrated planning, civil engineering and structural engineering services, supporting the project from Resource Consent and subdivision through to engineering approvals, Building Consent and construction.

By coordinating planning, subdivision and engineering disciplines under one team, we delivered practical, efficient and buildable solutions, helping streamline the development from consent through to construction and final subdivision.
